Child Safety on the Information Superhighway
Filtering the Net
Now that more families than ever are using the Internet, several companies have developed software to allow parents to control what their children have access to.
Two such companies are Microsystems Software, makers of Cyberpatrol and SurfWatch Software, makers of SurfWatch. For a low, monthly service charge, these companies will maintain a database of adult-oriented sights on the Internet and prevent access to those sights unless a special password is entered. For more information, please contact the companies.
